Sending your photos
Photographs can be sent by post or email.
If sending by post please contact us beforehand, by email, giving details of the repair work required. Photos should be sent by recorded delivery without frames and glass. Make sure they are packed safely and firmly.
If sending by email please scan at a high resolution as the larger the image the better the final quality of the restoration – a minimum of 600dpi is recommended.
Cost
£7 – for photos requiring 2-3 hours of restoration work as detailed above under minor repairs.. If the photograph requires more than minor repair work, we will let you know before beginning any work.
£10 - for photos required 3-4 hours of restoration work as detailed above under medium repairs. If the photograph requires more than medium repair work, we will let you know before beginning any work.
Included in the cost is one copy of your restored image – same size as the original (up to 8”x12”). More copies and enlargements also available
An additional cost is charged of £2 for postage within the UK - your original photo and restored image will be returned to you by Royal Mail’s Recorded Signed For service. Any one outside the UK should contact us before ordering.
Please note: you will be sent a proof of your photo – if you are not happy with the final result your money will be refunded.
