“Find your UK Ancestors” Research Package

Want to find your ancestors, don’t know where to start, want help?

This is an ideal start to your family history research as well as an excellent gift for birthdays or anniversaries for family and friends.

Each report costs £150 special introductory offer, order two at the same time and receive a £50 discount plus the cost of birth, marriage and death certificates needed (currently charged at £7.50 each and you should expect a minimum of 3 or 4 to be bought). This buys you 15 hours of research into your family history, a high quality report with complete explanations and advise on where to go next and an A3 family tree.

Contact me with information about the immediate ancestors of the person for whom the report is for - whilst it is possible to find the data with little background information it takes longer and costs more (in both certificates and research fees). Names, known and guessed at dates of birth/marriage/death, maiden names, nicknames etc. I will then take a preliminary look and ascertain that it will be possible to find your family.

You simply pay a deposit of £50 plus the cost of the initial certificates and the balance when the report is finished - usually about a month later. I will keep in touch with you if further certificates are needed to take a line further back - you always have the option of leaving that line for now. The finished report and ancestral family tree will be posted to you and you also have the option of having the report sent to you as a PDF.

Here is an example report - this is an actual report but in the interests of privacy names, dates, places etc have been changed. All research carried out by Sussex Ancestors is private and confidential.

I do not guarantee to find all your ancestors - realistically it would be good to find half of your family going back five generations (64 people in total). I do give you full explanations and advise on how to find missing ancestors and where to take your research next.

For this report your ancestors must be UK based but not limited to Sussex. However if your ancestors are Sussex/Surrey based I will be able to continue your research for you if so required.
